Sackville man charged in fatal crash rearrested, facing more charges

Patrick Cole, 27, pictured here leaving the Moncton courthouse on July 31 after being granted bail, was rearrested on Oct. 8. A Sackville man charged in connection with a fatal crash outside the town in July is back in custody and facing additional charges for allegedly violating the conditions of his bail over the long weekend. He had been granted bail in July under several conditions, including that he not drive or have any contact with Novak's family or certain other people.
